HI I FEEL U ARE REALLY MAKES ME FOOL...I HAD FIRST ORDERED THE ITEM ON 7TH FEB ,,,CONSISTS IF TWO SHOES...(C5KB9-).OF WHICH ONE WAS CANCELLED AT YOUR END ITSELF SAYING THAT ITS OUT OF STOCK .. I DONT KNOW WHY THE SAME ITEM SEEMS TO BE IN STOCK IN YOUR SITE WHEN I CHECKED THAT DAY AGAIN. AFTER THAT THE OTHER SHOES FOR WHICH EXPECTED DELIVERY DATE WAS ON 17TH FEB WAS RE DELVERED TO YOUR OFFICE SAYING THAT THE COURIER CO WAS GOING TO CLOSE WHEN I ASKED YOUR CUSTOMER EXE... THEY CONFIRMED ME THAT THEY WILL AGAIN SEND THE ITEM I A PRIORITY BASIS,....AND ITEM WAS BOOKED AGAIN(C5KB9-1) ON IST MARCH AND THE EXPECTED DELIVERY DATE WAS 7TH MARCH ,,TODAY WHERE THE HELL IS THE ITEM AND I LIKE TO TREAT THIS MATTER WITH ATMOST SERIOUSNESS IS THIS THE WAY TO TREAT A CUSTOMER WHO HAD ALREADY PAID THE MONEY IN ADVANCE

hi my order no X3VQJ-1 for Grey & White Mesh Sporty Shoes they delivered in time but due to size problem i requested to replace the shoes they taken back sending a msg that the delivery will be done. I am still waiting the shipment taken back on 03/03/2014 today dt : 19/03/2014 still not received . very bad service ...

Hello I have order on 11th march expected delivery date is 17th march 2014. but not able to track my order and customer care says we will give you answer after 48 hours. i try after 48 hours they dont know about my complain. Do not go for Zovi next time?
