2. Eligibility

  • Age and Education: Participants must be 18+ and either currently enrolled or recent graduates (since Oct. 1, 2024).
  • Team Structure: Each team should have 2-4 students and one advising faculty member.

3. How to Participate

Teams must register online by Jan. 31, 2025, designating a team lead to receive all communication.

4. Data Requirements

  • Data Sources: Teams may use publicly available, anonymized datasets. The dataset's name and URL must be provided upon registration.

5. Permitted Software

Teams can use SAS software via university licenses or free SAS OnDemand tools like SAS® Viya® for Learners.

6. Paper Requirements

The paper (2-5 pages) should cover:

  • Introduction, data description, problem, data cleaning/validation, analysis, visualization, generalization, future study suggestions, and conclusion.
  • Optional appendix (2 pages) for additional details.

7. Prizes

Winning Teams (per domain):

8. Evaluation Criteria
