Dear Sir, Seasonal greetings. A very dispirited Ph.D student is writing to you hoping for some justice. I am Soni Sharma, Ph.D scholar in JJT university (Registration number 18710144). I got admitted in the university in 2010. My research of interest is Medical microbiology in which i am pursuing. My Scenario for last few years: After admission when i contacted Ms. Rakhi kaleshkar (University employee) for the guide she demanded Rs. 50,000 extra for the guide and told me that if she provides me a guide from the university i have to pay her money or else i have to search a guide of my own. I tried searching a guide but all of them were exploiting and were demanding money from me .Then till 2012 i did not got any guide of my own. At the last i contacted Ms. Rakhi kaleshkar for guide again, then she introduced me to Mr. Ramesh Mungala (IT person ). Ramesh told me what ever work i have done till now i should send to him and then he can guide me from there but before that i should send him money Rs. 40,000 (proof is attached here) and rest of the money later on. But he never contacted me and on several requests he sent me thesis itself which do not had any work of mine included in it. I sent my thesis to the university for plagiarism which had 95% copied material. During this process i was in the university and again i contacted Mr. Mungala about the issue. And i got to know that he is a IT person NOT EVEN RELATED TO MY SUBJECT AT ALL i.e MEDICAL MICROBIOLOGY. I have even complained about this to DR. Om prakash (co-ordinator for allied science). These people never listened to me. I spoke chancellor, vice - chancellor but no one ready to listen to me. I also spoke to other students in the university and most of them have the same problems. They do not PROVIDE A GUIDE FROM THE UNIVERSITY AS PER RULE. The coordinator forced me to take a guide Dr. Anant . I resisted to take Dr. Anant as a guide but i was just ignored as before and forced to take him as a guide. Dr. Anant Jagannath is working in a zoology department who does not have any idea of my subject and cannot help/guide me at all. Major issue in this University : 1. They do not provide a proper guide for the concerned subjects. 2. Staffs demands money to provide guide to Ph.D scholars ( as seen in my case) 3. They also have fake website for journals to publish research papers, where none are qualified to review research papers. Charges Rs.2000 for publishing. 4. University deliberately delays Ph.D process so that students will have to pay 3 rd year fees which is INR 48,000 5. This university rules and regulation changes every month to kill students time. 6. Insufficient faculties in the university, no proper lab to conduct experiments etc. 7. on the brochure UGC recognized, which is a big fake. 8. University unwilling to return fees. 9. Previously also many students have complained against this university but no actions has been taken. Kindly consider my issue very urgent and important . As i cant effort to waste any more time and money. I can provide all evidences and other students contacts to save rest of the students money and time. Please you are the last hope. Kindly guide me for further steps.   Respected Madam, There is one request, please stop supplying non-veg to kendriya vidyalaya students as school is a pious place where we teach about non- violence to the students. But unfortunately non veg is supplied in all the occasions. I would be greatful to you if you please look into the matter and find a solution for this.

  Dear Madam, HAPPY FRIENDSHIP DAY I have been sending several suggestions since your inception as MHRD through Contact your Minister and no one is responding.I made the following suggestions 1.To Establish NATIONAL EDUCATION FUND( this would become a reality by directing quantum of share from Corporate Social Responsibility)The fund thus raised from Industries are Individuals can be deposited in any Nationalized banks and can be distributed to students who are working on enery and environment as AMBEDKAR PHULEY FELLOWSHIPS . 2.All the social welfare Schemes and developmental activities on Education must be renamed as AMBEDKAR PHULEY FELLOWSHIPS. 3.Curriculum design and its impact on society ,it is vital to discuss and deliberate on the mentioned .Due to advent of technologies Human may reach Moon or Mars but it is the responsibilty of each educated to provide the basic needs like CLEAN AIR ,PURE WATER,FERTILE SOIL and HYGIENIC FOOD to the 21st century population for this the Students,Scholars and Staff should act like soldiers. 4.Need more ITI s than IITs and also Agricultural Training Centers (ATIs) in rural areas. 5.The Educational Institutes should produce students who can be role models to build model or green villages but not the replica of old models. 6.Monitoring mentoring Indian Education system.There is a misnomer that academicians with large number of publications and books has rich knowledge in administration which is untrue. He may be good in his own school of thought in research and wring books but a real academic administrator who will look at the welfare of the students ,Scholars and Teachers.
