    Hi., My Name is Manjunath from Bangalore I was using Royal Enfield Electra 350 CC from June 2010 and completed total 28600 kms, Just I want inform you all that Even after getting service and oil change on time through authorized service centers, My Bullet Engine got problem and company show room (Eicher Motors) was charging to rectify the same for Rs.20,000/- and the technical people doesn't have any proper justification how the engine got problem very early., Its reall very pathetic that even after spending too much of money I am really not happy with the the service team, vehicle performance. Its totally radiculous. If company management is really have some professionalism please answer for this.     I have booked my classic 350 in aurangabad maharashtra. They were suppose to deliver my vehicle in 1st week of june.till today bike is not delivered and they dont even pick a call. So can u tell me to whom I should complaint. Regards Dinesh

    Dear Sir My self Devender singh rawat i am a your customer previous 1 year i give reference to many people to purchase royal Enfield bike and most people purchase this bike this is my honesty but your company service center not doing good work and not satisfied to bike service i many time complaint to mechanic my bike have kick problem but he not resolve my problem at last i concert my mechanic friend he change my spark plug then my bike kick problem solve i complaint my bike take air after start but he not resolve he tight that part but problem not solve i again concern other mechanic he proper open this assembly and proper tight them then my problem solve that mean the service center mechanic is not a good mechanic my main problem is i service my bike in 07 july in 2pm i told the bike problem included my bike front shocker is leak and the shocker road is damage for manufacturing defect he tell me the expected time to service and oil seal change is 3 hours i tell him pls do fast because i was going 5 pm a important work he agree me after service he told me don’t change oil seal because oil seal is ok but shocker rod is defected i tell him change this but he tell me no stock pls change after next service i agree i don’t saw when he change my engine oil i call he do u change my engine oil he told yes but oil is black i faith him and agree after he change my break show and clutch wire i told him pls do fast but he not doing he take 3 hours for change engine oil and break show and clutch wire change after 5 pm my bike going to washing he doing good work but i am late so i call pls send my bike to outside i am late after i give bill payment i did not polish my bike and air cleaning to my bike because i am late i telling you the mechanic take take 2.45 hours only change oil, break shoo and clutch plate that is ridicules service that all i going outside with i bike i reached late so my work is not done that’s ok i ride my bike 34 day i feel my bike is running hard and engine is sound my bike is running same just like before service i call the service center he tell me not good answer i check the oil in the oil is so black i total sure mechanic not change my engine oil properly i shock because i pay 2000 rupees for only break shoo and clutch wire actually that part is ok but mechanic force change me this part other wise i am going to service center for only bike service and shocker problem So sir that is my bad experience i want no anybody feel this i humble request to you please verify this service center service MY NAME IS DEVENDER SINGH RAWAT M.NO-8506946575 JOB CARD NO- RJC0098141501402 INVOICE NO-SINV0098141501324 INVOICE DATE 07/06/2014 BIKE NO-DL9SAJ9234 BULLET ELECTRA

    Dear sir Subject-complaints on the newly purchased royal Enfield Thunderbird 350cc bike reg The amount of rs 1,46,057 including advance ref no is 63190744A1. On 9th may 2014 through the online transaction. The concern bike was delivered on 10th June 2014.I have noticed lot of problems on the bike,like non availability of guard for chain and but on the purchased day itself.we made a complaint against this to coimbatore showroom from which i guided to go service station.but the service i have not satisfactory. The other problems includes non work availability of horn,right indicator not working,wheel wobbling, abnormal sound in engine.again i given complaint and i surrendered the bike for service from which some service i got.still the bike has lot of problems which are not rectified yet.i am working outside Coimbatore. I used to come for rectifying the problems to Coimbatore. It gives a lot of pressure on me. First if all , the key given is doubtful it seem to be duplicate. I have chosen the bike for its brand for which I given the amount.but the delivered product is doubtful and is satisfactory.     Dear Sir, I am Bharat Borah from jorhat Assam, i have RE Classic 350 bike. but i am not getting comfortable with this bike because when i want to cross 60 kph speed it started vibrated. i could not cross speed 60kph because of vibration. i infrom about it to my nearest dealer but they told every classic 350 has vibration problem after 60kph. is it true? can u tell me how can i solved this problem?
