Naveen Patnaik is the 14th Chief Minister of Odisha. He is the member of Biju Janata Dal. Born on 16 October 1946 in Cuttack, Naveen was born in the political family. However, he stayed away from politics until his father’s demise and formed Biju Janata Dal in 1997 and won the elections and become the chief minister of the state.
Patnaik did his schooling from Welham Boys' School in Dehradun and later went to The Doon School. He received his bachelor’s degree in arts from the Kirori Mal College, Delhi University.
Naveen Patnaik is one such minister under whose leadership the state had developed and reached new heights. His tactics and ways of ruling are influenced from that of his father’s.
