N. Chandrababu Naidu (Nara Chandrababu Naidu) is an Indian politician, the President of the Telugu Desam Party in Andhra Pradesh and Telangana. He was selected as Chief Minister in 2014. Kharjura Naidu and N. Kharjura Naidu in an agricultural family.He did his schooling from a primary school in Seshapuram till 5th class and the Chandragiri Government High School till 9th class. To pursue higher education from class 10th to the master's degree, he went to Tirupati. In 1972, Naidu completed his graduation and then went for post-graduation in economics at S. V. College of Arts. He started working under D. L. Narayana for Ph.D. in 1974 but did not complete it. Naidu started taking interest in politics and joined Youth Congress in Chandragiri as a student leader. In 1978, Naidu became a part of Congress (I) and a member of the legislative assembly for Chandragiri constituency. At the age of 28, he was appointed as Technical Education and Cinematography Minister in T. Anjaiah's government. He married Bhuvaneswari, daughter of famous Telugu film star N. T. Rama Rao in 1980. Naidu joined Telugu Desam Party (TDP) founded by NTR after being defeated by a TDP candidate in Chandragiri and soon became the general secretary of the party. He competed from Kuppam and won by 5,000 votes during the assembly election of 1989. In 1995, he introduced many market-based reforms as a Chief Minister and simultaneously formulated many schemes and launched them. In 2000, Chandrababu Naidu was offered honorary professorship by Kellogg School of Management. Telugu Desam Party won 102 seats out of 175 seats in the state of Andhra Pradesh under the leadership ofChandrababu Naidu. He took oath as the first Chief Minister of the residuary state of Andhra Pradesh at Mangalgiri in the grounds of Acharya Nagarjuna University near Guntur on June 8, 2014. He proposed ‘Vision-2020’ policy for the all-round development of the state of Andhra Pradesh and implemented it with passion.
