its a camplant to you ur lava sarvice secnter in khajuri khazz not work properly all sataff is gud i am give my tab to mr samer (staff membe) on 10march2014 and promiss me to give me back my tab on 11march but till now then not give me back and if i am calling to service secnter they not pick my call soo plz take any actions if u not take any actions then i do legale actions.

dear sir, i purchased Lava Mobile Model No. AQC12 on 25/02/2014 from M/s MEET TELECOM at Dadar(E), Mumbai for Rs. 1500/-. While selecting the mobile dealer shown me the mobile which was not sealed pack. I asked about this to dealer, he explained me that this telephone was shown to one customer and then he refused to purchase and hence there is no sealed box. Further he told me that if you purchase this mobile i will give heavy discount to you with applicable warranty. Hence I purchased this mobile on that day. When i started using this mobile I found that the display is not clear and functions are very difficult to understand, hence next day 25/02/2014 I requested dealer to replace the mobile and give me another mobile. Dealer refused to replaced the mobile and then told me that i will replace the mobile with deduction of Rs. 500/-. i.e. he agreed to refund Rs. 1000/- which was not acceptable to me. Then I started using same mobile with too much operating difficulty. On 11/04/2014 i noticed that the above mobile was registered in the name of Mr Prem ( person name). I procured Lava504Q mobile from 6 month.Now flip cover torn due to use. I wrote earlier ( Customer Care reference ID Q_39966, ID C_40170 and F_40567) & called retailer at Vadodara after getting contact nos from LAVACustomer Care at: 1860-200-7500 ,Intelligent flip cover of LAVA 504Q not available. Now I am feeling cheated to purchase high end mobile of LAVA as accessories are not available in market / with your retailer. Pls send me details from where I can procure. If not possible, pls give me higher official email ID to contact LAVA.

sir im a retailer(gupta comm.)at dist kullu himachal pradesh.sir immobiles but the problem is regrly selling lava occring with ur mobile teparing center that is situated in patlikuhal uttam comm.the center is also a retail counter in the same area.He he not giving back the wranty period cell in given time.also he is misbehaving with the retailers.sir at the time i have a good quantity of lava mobiles.we inform to distibutor and ur tm regarding this regularly,what no action is taken by them.irecently i give a cell that is in warrenty period on 5th july and ur mobile repair center is telling i dont know about the cell.sir u have to take some action regarding this otherwise we are totly stop the retail sail of your lava mobiles.sir im sendig photo that a corner i have for lava mobiles and now im not sale ur lava mobiles till ur action on this.nd ur care center is working withot job sheet.and he is not accepting the cell with bill withot customer.
