How To Get Application Form

If you are willing to get the application form of this scheme. Then you can follow any of the modes for that. 1. Download application form from official website of HUDA (www.huda.gov.in). 2. Applicants can apply online too for this particular scheme by paying Rs. 50 /- (which is the half price of application form) with EMD. 3. The application form can be obtained through registered post too through Demand Draft of Rs. 150 /- (Rs. 50/- charges for post) in favor of Chief Administrator, HUDA payable at Panchkula. The address where it should reach is Chief Administrator, HUDA, Sector-6, Panchkula, Haryana. 4. It can also be collected from the Panchkula based head office of HUDA by paying the amount of brochure alongwith application form. 5. Besides above, people from various parts will be able to get the brochure / application from from the authorized bank branches too. The list of the branches are mentioned below. The brochure includes the full information and details of the plots and scheme with application form too.
