Hero MotoCorp has unveiled a bold new campaign for its Hero Xtreme Power brand, starring international cricket icon Virat Kohli. Designed to resonate with the adventurous spirit of its audience, this campaign, directed by celebrated German filmmaker Oliver, highlights the motto “Challenge the Extreme.” Set against the iconic landscape of London, the campaign focuses on the Hero Xtreme 125R and Xtreme 160R 4V motorcycles, emphasizing power, precision, and performance.
This launch aligns with Hero MotoCorp’s continued success in October 2024, where the company achieved remarkable sales of 679,091 motorcycles and scooters, marking an 18% growth compared to October 2023. This growth is attributed to strong demand across both urban and rural areas, with notable interest in the 100cc and 125cc segments during the festive season.
Hero MotoCorp has been expanding its premium dealership network, known as “Premia” outlets, with over 50 locations across key cities in India. These exclusive outlets not only offer Hero MotoCorp’s products but also showcase VIDA and Harley-Davidson under one roof, creating a premium experience for customers. The company aims to establish 100 such outlets by March, providing customers with easy access to its premium range.
Hero MotoCorp’s Grand Indian Festival of Trust (GIFT), with the theme “Shubh Muhurat Aaya, Hero Saath Laya,” introduced attractive offers throughout October, encouraging customers to bring home their favorite Hero bikes. This campaign saw record-breaking sales, especially during Dhanteras, with Hero MotoCorp reporting its highest-ever Dhanteras day sales and a double-digit growth over the previous year.
The company recently received global acclaim by winning the Sword of Honour from the British Safety Council for exceptional standards in health, safety, and employee well-being. This prestigious award, conferred upon Hero MotoCorp’s Gurugram manufacturing facility, solidifies the company’s commitment to workplace safety, placing it among 70 organizations worldwide recognized for such excellence.
Adding to the brand’s accolades, Hero MotoSports made history as the first Indian manufacturer to win the FIM World Rally-Raid Championship (W2RC) in 2024, with Ross Branch clinching the title after a standout season. This victory is a testament to Hero MotoCorp’s prowess and marks a significant achievement for India on the global motorsports stage.
