The purpose behind the scheme was to allot residential flats in Greater Noida Sector – MU-II & 10. It was open for all Indians who are above then 18 years of age. Family of husband, wife and dependent children are allowed to apply for one flat only. There are total 7215 flats, which are supposed to be allotted by Greater Noida Industrial Development Authority. 5,265 flats are located in MU - II Sector where as rest of the 1,950 can be found in Sector 10 area of Greater Noida. All these flats are provided in an economical price to the aspiring allottees on behalf of the government.
