In the month of June, 2013 GDA or Ghaziabad Development Authority released an advertisement to notify the people about 2500 Flats for Lower Income Group and 2500 for Economic Weaker Section Group. GDA is going to all these flats to the mentioned category of people in very economic price.
The registration process started on 10 June 2013 and ended on 31st July, 2013. Thousand of people applied and registered to try their luck for a flat in such economic price. The draw result for the scheme is awaited. The price of the registration form was Rs. 300/-. But the registration charges vary for both class.

Thousands of people applied for it and desperately waiting for the result to come out. It is obvious too because they have invested their money as a registration fee. The result will come out after the process of lottery. As, it is the only procedure through which GDA will decided the lucky people who will get the flats against their application. The draw and result date botha are not announced yet.
