Dr. Harsh Vardhan is an politician belong to Bhartiya Janta Party (BJP). He is also an Member of Legislative Assembly (MLA) from Kirshna Nagar constituency of Delhi. In the BJP governance in Delhi (during 1993-1998), Mr. Harsh Vardhan served as Health Minister, Law Minister and Education Minister. In 2013 Assembly elections, he was the Chief Ministerial candidate from Bhartiya Janta Party. He had a big role in fighting against Polio disease from our country. He was a member of Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS) since long. He started his political career by fighting with the ticket of BJP from Krishna Nagar. He never lost election and has a very clean political image till now.
By profession he is an doctor too, ENT specialist. He born on 13 December, 1954. Father's name of Mr. Harsh Varhan is Mr. Om Prakash Goel whereas Mrs. Sneh Lata is his mother's name. He belongs to Hindu Bania community. Her spouse name is Mrs. Nutan. The beautiful couple has three children two boys (Mayank Bharat, Sachin) and one daughter (Inakshi).
After completing his schooling from Anglo Sanskrit Victoria Jubilee Senior Secondary School, Daryaganj in year 1971, he went to Ganesh Shankar Vidyarthi Memorial Medical College in Kanpur to complete Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery and Master of Surgery in otolaryngology after that.

To, Hon’ble Health Minister There is one Ayurveda Eye Hospital which is running Sanjeevan Netralaya Retina Care Centres all over India. The centre claims successful treatment for Retina disorders by Ayurveda medicines which are even not curable by Retinopathy, laser treatment and injections. The Hospital is also regularly advertising in electronic media for the last few months. I therefore request the Ministry of Health to ascertain the truth about their claim of treatment so that the people do not get cheated by such Hospitals. It will be an ideal situation if it is made mandatory for all Hospitals to obtain necessary approval and Accreditation from Min. of Health to check mushrooming of bogus Hospitals.
