i have purchased domo ntice a10 last year 2013 november. in my careless the touch pad is broken. i have registered more than five RMA, first they told me the touch pad is not available in stock. then next told me the price of touch pad is rs.1300. now last my RMA support conversation they told me the price is rs.2000. all the above things happened between on with in 40 days periods. the indian product and service is total waste. the conclusion of the support team member hide to told me not trusted indian products. note my rma reference no is : 483931 , 775734,193408,176248,258674, its still continue....
