Dharmendra Debendra Pradhan was born on 26 June 1969. He is a BJP leader and was also promoted to the post of Cabinet Minister on 3rd September 2017 and is currently Minister for Petroleum and Natural Gas. Pradhan in March 2012 from Bihar state was elected to the Rajya Sabha, was also the 14th member of Lok Sabha of India. In Odisha, he represented the Deograh Constituency. She was a member of 12th Assembly of Odisha from 2000-2004 was elected from Pallalhara Constituency.
Did M.A (Anthropology), Utkal University Bhubaneswar. Pradhan is a member of the Bhartiya Janata Party (BJP). In August 2011 in addition to being a General Secretary, he was also assigned additional responsibility to look after the party activities in Jharkhand. Dharmendra is a close person to BJP party President Amit Shah and was also one of the Chief Architect for BJP.
