Prashant Pillai is an Indian music producer and composer. He was born on 8th September 1981 in Pune, Maharashtra, India. He owns the Madras Blues Records.
In his initial days, he used to compose jingles for television and radio. In 2010, he got his big break to compose for the Malayalam movie Nayakan. Then he got to compose back to back for various movies- City of God in 2011, Hindi movie Shaitan in 2011, Bombay March 12, in 2012 he composed for 2 movies- Nidra, Nee Ko Njaa Cha, in 2013, he got a chance to give beautiful composition for the movie like- David, Amen, 5 Sundrikal, Sixteen, Issaq, Ezhu Sunadar, Rathrikal, and Zachariayude Garbhinikal. He recently composed for the Hindi movie Chappad Phaad Ke in 2019.
