  To whom ever it may concern. Me and my family are a regular customers of Airlel I had bought recharges twice of your attractive offer of 3G Double Dhamaka of rs41 it mentioned a double value 150 Mb twice but I received 150 Mb only once at both the times of recharge I call a costomercare service center but they spoke in a very irresponsible manner it disappoints me to say that if costomers will be given false or incomplete msgs then me and my family will stop using Airtel services hope you will see in to this matter Thankyou

  Hmare gav mermandwara (dis. sirohi ,rajasthan) me network problem chal rhi hai airta ka netwrk bne 5 saal ho gye hai lekin aajtak chalu nhi hua plz kus kro ,hamare gav ka ntwrk ki jimmedari jisko bhi soupi hai vo nalayak network ko band krta hai aur masin ka diesel bhi khet me use krta hai , aur blak me besta hai aur hamare network par aapka network (airtel), reliance, bsnl, Vodafone, lage hai jisme se 1bhi chalu nhi hai ye charo companiya rent bhi deti usko jiski jamin par ye network lga hai jamin ka malik hi towar ko band karta hai, us network par hamare gav ke alava 25 gav aur bhi jude hai ye ntwork band rahne se kaiyo ki sim port ho suki hai ,aur ho rhi hai aur jo kharidte hai vo airtel to kbhi nhi kharidte , hamare gav me network ki bahut problem hai please solv this problem (praveen from vlg.   sir, mene 3G conection le rkha h. jo rat ko 9PM -9AM nhi chalta.chalega to 5-7 min. me ek page kholta h. apko recharge income kam hoti h or ham preshan hote h.please ese thik kre.otherwise muje network change krna pdega.

  To whom ever it may concern. Me and my family are a regular customers of Airlel. 9810226902 this my mobile number with the Name of “Mohd Aatir Abbasi” and I have always Indoor network problem from Last 10 Month at my address or area also (V-306, Street No-22A, vijay park Maujpur Delhi-110053 Landmark- Near khan Medical Store), Approximately 30 times I have registered my complain on 121 Gold Care or Airtel customer care. But I am not getting any positive response from there. So many times I am trying to talk with airtel seniors but they are always busy to other call and call automatically disconnects after 10 or 15 minutes wait. I always seen Only One Network point shows on my Mobile screen, I thought it’s my handset Problem that why I have changed my handset Two times & Now I m using Nokia XL handset but the Network is own place. My humble request to you kindly solves this Problem and gives any response of my Network Regarding regular complains. If you Peoples can’t solve this problem then tell me I will Port this Number or change the Operator Soon that’s why I have generating Porting code & then me and my family will stop using Airtel services hope you will see in to this matter Thankyou

  We are using 12. Airtel sim cards with Rs. 50/pm VTS Plan but we received a bill of Rs. 835/- for sim card no: 9004347485 (Account No- 1051926321) which is a VTS Plan card & should be Rs. 56/- only. It is very intrusting that we can't contact airtel person. Customer care told us that they are helpless because it's a corporate connection then we sent a mail to mumbai nodal office but received no reply till now. Please look in to the matter immediately or else we will be forced to switch to IDEA VTS Plan for all the 12 sim cards. As it is a disputed bill our company will make the payment after the issue will be settled.
