Banasthali University is located in Rajasthan, India. Banasthali University is also known as Banasthali Vidyapith. The university was founded on 6th October, 1935. The founder of the university is Late Smt. Ratan Shastri and Late Pandit Hiralal Shastri. Banasthali University is a deemed university and a fully women’s university which offers programs from the primary to the Ph.D level. Under Section (3) of UGC Act the Banasthali University is notified. Banasthali has been accredited by NAAC. In India one of the five universities for women Banasthali is also one of them. The President of Banasthali University is Chitra Purohit. The Vice-President of Banasthali University is Usha Thakkar. The Vice Chancellor of Banasthali University is Aditya Shastri.
Banasthali University offers school education, undergraduates, postgraduates and Ph.D programs to women.
