Azim Premji University (AMU), a private university was founded by Azim Premji Foundation in the year 2011. It is situated in the outskirts of city Bangalore, Karnataka. This university only offers postgraduate courses which include M.A Education and M.A Development. It’ campus is spread over an area of 12 acres. It’s campus is in the premises of PES Institute of Technology but now a permanent university’s campus is being developed at Sarjapur Road. This university has got facilities like modern library, audio visual equipped library and separate hostel for boys and girls.
