Athiya Shetty born on 5th November 1992, is the daughter of megastar Suniel Shetty and mother Mana Shetty, Aahan Shetty is her younger brother. She was born in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India and ages 25 years. Athiya completed her education at Cathedral and John Connon School and later from the American School of Bombay. She and Shraddha Kapoor and Tiger Shroff are from the same school and used to take part in school plays. After her schooling, Athiya shifted to New York City to learn Acting from the New York Film Academy.
Athiya made her debut alongside Sooraj Pancholi in movie Hero as Radha in 2015, which was produced by Salman Khan and Nikkhil Advani. The movie did an average business at box office. After this, she became the new face of Advertisement industry and became the face of Maybelline New York. She has also been the cover girl of many popular magazines like Cosmopolitan, Verve, Harper’s Bazaar and many more.
Last Shetty was seen in Multi-Starrer comedy movie opposite Arjun Kapoor in Mubarakan as Binkle Sandhu, her role was small yet pivotal. She also won the Dadasaheb Phalke Excellence Award and got nominated for Filmfare Award for Best Debut Female. She will be seen in many upcoming movies but nothing is made official yet.
