She got her first job from the college in the maintenance field. She had started her education in the IT field and then came into management. She was the reason for the company’s productivity, company’s profitability and most importantly the improved quality for their services worldwide. She has been a part of the IT Company and served it for more than two decades. She is very well experienced in handling their staff, meeting customers and outsourcing with their clients. She has now made a mark in the history of women’s arena as businesswomen. She was successful in making the company reach the heights. She is now the CEO of the Capgemini India. According to Fortune India she was the 3^rd most powerful woman in business out of top 50 in the year 2012. India Today awarded her with the award at the India Today Summit 2013. She was also been elected by NASSCOM, an Executive Council Member.
