Deposit and Payment:
A non-refundable deposit of RM2,000 is required to confirm the booking.
The balance payment must be paid in full at least two months before the event.
Full payment must be made if the booking date is less than 30 days from the event.
Cancellation Policy:
If a confirmed booking is canceled, the RM2,000 deposit is forfeited.
Additional payments (over and above the deposit) will be refunded if notice is more than two months prior to the event. If less, the entire amount is forfeited.
Safety and Regulations:
The auditorium has a seating capacity of 618 pax.
Compliance with fire safety regulations is mandatory.
Consumption of food and drink is restricted to designated areas and must be catered by Annalakshmi Restaurant.
Liability and Indemnity:
SA is not liable for unforeseen equipment breakdowns, electrical failures, or any other disruptions.
The client is responsible for any damages to the property and for ensuring the venue is left in a clean state.
