VASA Denticity Limited Exempted from Quarterly Corporate Governance Reporting

New Delhi, India (July 16, 2024): VASA Denticity Limited, a dental product marketplace listed on the National Stock Exchange of India's (NSE) SME Emerge platform, has notified the NSE that it is not required to submit quarterly corporate governance reports.

The exemption is based on Regulation 15(2)(b) of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, which waives this requirement for companies listed on the SME Emerge platform.
