User Manual for Linking Land Records with Aadhaar e-KYC

Introduction

1. The land records can be linked through e-KYC using the Samagra portal.
2. If a citizen owns land in Madhya Pradesh, they can link their land records through e-KYC. If they do not own land, they can still perform Aadhaar e-KYC.

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1: How to Perform e-KYC?

• Open a web browser and enter the following URL: https://samagra.gov.in
• The home page will appear as shown below.

Step 2:

• Click on the e-KYC link and enter your Samagra ID. Verify your Samagra ID.

Step 3: Fill in the Required Details

• Click the search button. If your mobile number is linked with Samagra, it will be displayed.
• If your mobile number is not linked with your Samagra ID, update it and request for an OTP.

Step 4: Updating Mobile Number

• Users can update their mobile number by clicking the update button. A text box will appear to enter the new mobile number.
• Click on the generate OTP button. An OTP will be sent to the entered mobile number.

Step 5: Link Land Records

• If the user has land in Madhya Pradesh, they can choose either 'Yes' or 'No'. If 'Yes' is selected, the system will prompt for district, tehsil, village, and survey number.
• Enter all details and click the search button to view all records.

Step 6: Search for Additional Survey Numbers

• Users can search for additional survey numbers by clicking the radio button.

Step 7: Add Additional Land Details

• Users can add additional land details by clicking the add land button, or they can enter the captcha and complete the e-KYC process.

Step 8: Aadhaar Verification

• After entering the Aadhaar number, users can complete the verification using either OTP or fingerprint.
• Enter the Aadhaar number and request an OTP.
• Once the OTP is entered and verified, click the "Accept" button.

Step 9: Declaration and Submission

• If the land records do not match with Aadhaar, a message will be displayed. Click OK to proceed with the e-KYC process.
• If the records match, additional land records will be sent for verification to the local authority.

Step 10: Finalizing Name in Hindi

• Click the declaration checkbox and enter your name in Hindi.
• Submit the request to the local authority.
• The request will be sent to the local authority. Upon approval, the data will be sent to the Patwari for verification.
