TNPSC Announces Oral Test Schedule for Combined Engineering Services Examination 2024

The Tamil Nadu Public Service Commission (TNPSC) has released the list of candidates who have been provisionally admitted to the Oral Test for various posts under the Combined Engineering Services Examination (Interview Posts), as per Notification No. 23/2023. The Oral Test is scheduled to be conducted from August 28, 2024, to September 3, 2024, excluding August 31 and September 1. Candidates are advised to attend the Oral Test with all original certificates.

Details of Provisional Admission and Oral Test

The candidates who have successfully passed the Onscreen Certificate Verification have been provisionally admitted to the Oral Test based on their marks in the written examination conducted on January 6 and 7, 2024, and other stipulated conditions. The Oral Test will be held at the TNPSC office located at TNPSC Road, Chennai - 600 003.

Oral Test Schedule and Requirements

• Oral Test Dates: August 28, 2024, to September 3, 2024 (Excluding August 31 and September 1).
• Venue: TNPSC Office, TNPSC Road, Chennai - 600 003.
• Documents Required: Candidates must bring all original certificates supporting their claims in the online application, including age, educational qualification, experience, communal category, PSTM, Differently Abled category, etc.

Important Instructions for Candidates

Notification and Communication:

• The details of the Oral Test are available on the TNPSC website. Candidates will also be informed via SMS and email. No individual communication will be sent by post.
• Candidates are advised to regularly check the official TNPSC website and social media channels for updates.

Provisional Admission:

• The admission of candidates to the Oral Test is provisional and subject to verification of claims made in the online application.
• Any discrepancies or false claims will result in the cancellation of the candidate's admission to the Oral Test.

Legal and Administrative Provisions:

• The admission of candidates is subject to the decisions of ongoing legal proceedings in the Hon'ble Madras High Court and the final orders of the Commission.

• The register numbers of candidates who have been provisionally admitted to the Oral Test are available on the TNPSC website. Candidates whose register numbers are not listed have not been admitted to the Oral Test.
