This phase is designed for candidates looking to secure or upgrade their seats through special rounds of counselling.

1. Announcement of Vacant Seats

• Date: 12th July 2024
  The list of vacant seats will be announced on the CCMN web portal. Candidates should note that seats other than the vacant seats may also become available during the seat allotment process due to upgradation or withdrawal by existing allottees.

2. Start of Online Registration, Payment, and Choice Filling

• Start Date: 12th July 2024
• End Date: 16th July 2024 (05:30 PM IST)
  Candidates can register online, pay the registration and participation fee, and fill in their choices for the special round.

3. Last Date for Fee Payment/Registration Issue Resolution

• Date: 18th July 2024 (5:30 PM IST)
  This is the final date to resolve any issues related to fee payment or registration.

4. Last Date for Online Choice Filling and Locking

• Date: 18th July 2024 (5:30 PM IST)
  Candidates must lock their choices by this date. If choices are not locked, they will be automatically locked by the system.

5. Announcement of Seat Allotment for Special Round-1

• Date: 20th July 2024
  The seat allotment results for Special Round-1 will be announced on this date.

6. Document Uploading, Willingness Specification, and Withdrawal

• Start Date: 20th July 2024
• End Date: 24th July 2024 (12:30 PM IST)
  Candidates allotted seats in Special Round-1 must upload their documents online, specify their willingness (Freeze/Float/Slide), or opt for withdrawal.

7. Online Document Verification by Allotted Institute Officers

• Start Date: 20th July 2024
• End Date: 24th July 2024 (05:30 PM IST)
  Officers from the allotted institute will verify the uploaded documents online. Any special eligibility criteria of the allotted seat will also be checked.

8. Last Date for Query Resolution During Document Verification

• Date: 25th July 2024 (07:30 PM IST)
  Candidates must resolve any queries raised during the online document verification process by this date.

9. Announcement of Seat Allotment for Special Round-2

• Date: 27th July 2024
  The results of Special Round-2 seat allotment will be announced.

10. Document Uploading and Withdrawal for Special Round-2

• Start Date: 27th July 2024
• End Date: 29th July 2024 (05:30 PM IST)
  Candidates newly allotted a seat in Special Round-2 must upload their documents and can opt for withdrawal during this period.

11. Online Document Verification for Special Round-2

• Start Date: 27th July 2024
• End Date: 30th July 2024 (12:30 PM IST)
  Document verification for candidates newly allotted a seat in Special Round-2 will be conducted by the officers of the allotted institute.

12. Last Date for Query Resolution During Document Verification

  Candidates must resolve any queries raised during the document verification process by this date.

13. Online Withdrawal from the Admitted Institute

• Start Date: 27th July 2024
• End Date: 30th July 2024 (05:30 PM IST)
  Candidates can withdraw from the admitted institute during this period.

The National Spot Round (NSR) is the final opportunity for candidates to secure admission. This phase is open to all candidates, including those who participated in the previous rounds.

1. Announcement of Vacant Seats

  The list of vacant seats will be announced on the CCMN web portal. As in previous rounds, seats other than the vacant seats may also be available due to upgradation or withdrawal by existing allottees.

2. Start of Fresh Registration, Payment, and Choice Filling

• Start Date: 2nd August 2024
• End Date: 5th August 2024 (12:30 PM IST)
  Candidates can register online, pay the participation fee, and fill in their choices for the National Spot Round.

3. Last Date for Fee Payment/Registration Issue Resolution

• Date: 5th August 2024 (05:30 PM IST)
  Candidates must resolve any fee payment or registration issues by this date.

4. Last Date for Online Choice Filling and Locking

• Date: 5th August 2024 (05:30 PM IST)
  Candidates must lock their choices by this date. If choices are not locked, they will be automatically locked by the system.

5. Announcement of Seat Allotment for National Spot Round

  The seat allotment results for the National Spot Round will be announced.

6. Document Uploading and Online Document Verification

  Candidates allotted a seat for the first time in the National Spot Round must upload their documents online. Verification will be done by the officers of the allotted institute.
