• The Instant VC facility enables individuals to connect with available Panel Lawyers for same-day consultations. The availability of Panel Lawyers is subject to their schedule and current commitments.

Real-Time Legal Advice:

• This facility allows for real-time video conferencing, where you can discuss your legal issues directly with a qualified lawyer and receive prompt advice.

Steps to Get Same-Day Legal Advice

Follow these steps to utilize the Instant VC facility and get same-day legal advice:

Visit a Common Service Centre (CSC):

• Go to your nearest CSC where a Para Legal Volunteer (PLV) or Village Level Entrepreneur (VLE) is available to assist you.

Request Instant VC:

• Inform the PLV or VLE that you need immediate legal advice and wish to use the Instant VC facility. They will check the availability of Panel Lawyers for same-day consultation.

Provide Necessary Information:

• You may be asked to provide some basic information about your case to help the Panel Lawyer understand your situation. Ensure you have any relevant documents ready for the consultation.

Connect with a Panel Lawyer:

• Once a Panel Lawyer is available, you will be connected via video conference. The PLV or VLE will facilitate the connection and ensure that the technological setup is in place.

Receive Legal Advice:

• During the video conference, discuss your legal issues with the Panel Lawyer and receive advice and guidance on the spot.
