Tata Elxsi Ltd. Issues Letters of Confirmation for Duplicate Share Certificates

Tata Elxsi Ltd. has informed the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) and the National Stock Exchange of India (NSE) about the issuance of letters of confirmation in lieu of duplicate share certificates to multiple shareholders. This action was taken after the shareholders complied with the necessary formalities, as per SEBI circular no. SEBI/HO/MIRSD/MIRSD_RTAMB/P/2022/8 dated January 25, 2022.

The company's Registrar and Share Transfer Agent (RTA), Link Intime India Private Limited, provided the details of the duplicate share certificates and the corresponding letters of confirmation. The list includes shareholders such as Rajesh Kumar, Shah Tushar Hasmukhbhai, Shah Ami Tushar, Sanjay Diwakar Kulkarni, Ketan Mehta, Ashim Banerjee, Ashish Banerjee, A Shanmugan, Hinaben Modi, and Bharatkumar Modi.

The issuance of duplicate share certificates and letters of confirmation is a standard procedure followed by companies when shareholders report the loss of their original share certificates.
