Switching Up Your Amazon Account in Zoho Inventory

Zoho Inventory is a great tool for managing your inventory across multiple sales channels, including Amazon. But what happens if you need to switch to a different Amazon seller account?

This blog post will guide you through the process of disconnecting your current Amazon account and re-integrating your new one with Zoho Inventory.

Important Note: Currently, Zoho Inventory only allows you to connect one Amazon seller account at a time.

Step 1: Disconnecting Your Current Account

  1. Log in to your Zoho Inventory account.
  2. Navigate to Settings > Integrations > eCommerce.
  3. Click on Amazon and then select Show Details.
  4. Locate the option to Disconnect the integration.

Step 2: Re-integrating Your New Seller Account

  1. Once disconnected, you can proceed with setting up the new integration.
  2. Follow the on-screen instructions provided by Zoho Inventory to connect your new Amazon seller account.

Additional Tips:

  • Make sure you have the necessary login credentials for your new seller account readily available.
  • Consider backing up any relevant data associated with your previous Amazon account integration before disconnecting.

By following these steps, you can seamlessly switch between your Amazon seller accounts within Zoho Inventory. This allows you to maintain centralized control over your inventory and sales activities, even if you manage them through separate accounts.
