Download the Update Form:

• Visit the Bharatgas website to download the contact update form.

Fill Out the Form:

• Consumer Number: Enter your Bharatgas consumer number.
• Consumer Name: Provide your title, last name, first name, and middle name.
• Mobile Number: Enter your new mobile number. This number will be used for IVRS Refill Booking, SMS Refill Booking, Mobile Application, and receiving Bharatgas alerts.
• Landline Number: Provide your landline number with the STD code. This can also be used for IVRS Refill Booking.
• Signature: Sign the form to validate the update request.

Submit the Form:

• Submit the filled form to your Bharatgas distributor. Ensure all details are correct and the form is signed.
