• Name: Enter your full name (Shri/Smt./Kumari).
• Class of Vehicle: Specify the new class or classes of motor vehicle you wish to add to your licence, such as:

  • Invalid Carriage
  • Light Motor Vehicle
  • Medium Goods Vehicles
  • Medium Passengers Motor Vehicles
