Soft Launch of 'Sansad Cafeteria' Food App: Enhancing Dining Experience in Parliament House Complex

The Estate and Heritage Management Branch is pleased to announce the soft launch of the 'Sansad Cafeteria' food app, an innovative solution designed to enhance the dining experience within the Parliament House Complex. This online food ordering facility is now live and available for self-service in the PH, PLB, and PHA buildings, providing a convenient and efficient way for Hon'ble Members to order food.

About the 'Sansad Cafeteria' App

The 'Sansad Cafeteria' app is designed to simplify the food ordering process within the Parliament House Complex. Available on both the Android Play Store and Apple App Store, the app allows users to select their desired food items from catering units, choose quantities, make payments online, and avail themselves of self-service facilities at the designated canteens.

How to Use the 'Sansad Cafeteria' App

Hon'ble Members can easily use the app by following these steps:

Download and Install the App

• Search for the 'Sansad Cafeteria' mobile app on the Android Play Store or Apple App Store and install it on your device.

Initial Setup

• Open the app and choose your preferred language.
• Create your account by entering basic details and verifying your mobile number via OTP. The 'Name' and 'Mobile Number' fields are mandatory.

Login and Place Orders

• After registration, log in to the app using your registered mobile number and OTP verification.
• Select the cafeteria (PHA, PH, SS, PLB) where you wish to order food.
• Add your desired items to the cart from the available menu.
• Review the selected items and quantities, then proceed to make the payment.

Payment and Order Completion

• Select your preferred payment method and complete the transaction.
• After successful payment, go to 'My Orders' to find the QR code for your order.

Collecting Your Order

• Visit the catering unit and either enter the Order ID or scan the QR code on the cafeteria Android machine to print the receipt of your order.
• Show the receipt at the food counter to collect your food as ordered.
