The company's board of directors meeting to review and approve these results is now scheduled for August 3, 2024. As a result, the trading window will remain closed for all directors, key managerial personnel (KMP), and designated employees until 48 hours after the conclusion of this meeting, as per the company's Insider Trading Code.
