Applicability:
- This process applies to establishments within the municipal limits of Punjab, India.
Process:
Gather Required Documents:
Submit Application:
- Submit the completed forms and information in triplicate to the concerned Labour Inspector of the area.
- You can also apply online at http://www.pbshops.org/.
Verification and Registration:
- The Inspector will verify the application and documents within 15 days.
- Upon successful verification, they will issue a registration certificate.
Renewal:
- Registration certificates expire on March 31st every year.
- You have a 30-day grace period for renewal.
Timeline:
- Registration certificate issuance: Within 15 days of receiving a complete application (Rule 13(1)).
