To ensure the acceptance of the quotation, contractors must fulfill all conditions laid out in the inquiry. Failure to do so may result in outright rejection of the quotation.
Rates must be filled in this specific quotation paper and returned duly sealed and signed on or before August 22, 2024. The completed quotation should be sent to the Executive Engineer, Head Water Works, Surat Municipal Corporation.
The quotation envelope, containing the EMD and duly filled, signed, and stamped quotation paper, should be properly sealed and super scribed with: “Quotations for Supply of HT bushing boots for HT termination at Valak Intakewell and Frenchwell 1 & 2.”
