Post-Selection Documentation Requirements for Haj 2024

After receiving provisional selection for Haj 2024, applicants must complete several important steps to finalize their application. Ensuring that all required documents are accurately prepared and submitted is crucial for the successful processing of your Haj application.

Required Documents:

Self-Attested Copy of Downloaded HAF:

• Submit a self-attested copy of the downloaded hard copy of the Haj Application Form (HAF).

Solemn Declaration:

• Include the solemn declaration form confirming the applicant's status (Fresh, Repeater, Companion of 70+, or Ladies Without Mehram).

Medical Screening & Fitness Certificate:

• Provide a Medical Screening & Fitness Certificate to verify that the applicant is fit for performing Haj.

Proof of Payment:

• Attach the original receipt or proof of payment for the Non-Refundable Processing Fee and Advance Haj Amount.

Original Passport with Latest Photograph:

• Submit the original passport with a recent photograph pasted on the backside.

Proof of Residence:

• If the residential address matches the address in the passport, a copy of the passport can be used as address proof.
• If the address differs, provide a self-attested copy of one of the following documents as address proof:
  • Aadhaar Card
  • Bank Pass Book
  • Election Commission Photo ID Card
  • Utility Bill for the last 3 months (choose one):
    • Electricity Bill
    • Telephone Bill (Land-line)
    • Water Bill
    • Gas Connection Bill
