Mumbai, India (July 18, 2024): The National Stock Exchange of India (NSE) has admitted a variety of new privately placed debt securities to its debt market segment. The securities, which include commercial papers (CPs) and other debt instruments, were issued by several prominent companies, including Sundaram Home Finance, Godrej Industries, Tata Consumer Products, Godrej Agrovet, Toyota Financial Services India, Indian Oil Corporation, and Hero Housing Finance.
The newly listed CPs have varying maturity dates ranging from September 2, 2024, to March 12, 2025, and were issued at varying yields. Notably, Godrej Agrovet issued multiple series of CPs with staggered maturity dates throughout October 2024.
In addition to the CPs, the NSE also admitted other debt securities with longer maturities, such as the TFSIL 8.20% 2029 Sr 47 bond issued by Toyota Financial Services India and the IOCL 7.36% 2029 Sr 26 bond issued by Indian Oil Corporation.
