Nestlé India Limited Announces Key Dates for Interim Dividend and Financial Results

Gurugram, India – 20 June 2024 – Nestlé India Limited, a leading player in the FMCG sector, has announced significant dates regarding its interim dividend for the financial year 2024-25 and the consideration of its un-audited financial results for the first quarter ending 30 June 2024.

Key Announcements:

Interim Dividend Consideration:

• The Board of Directors will consider the declaration of an interim dividend for the financial year 2024-25 on 8 July 2024.
• The record date for determining the entitlement of members to the interim dividend is 16 July 2024. This date was initially fixed for the final dividend for the fifteen-month financial year ended 31 March 2024.

Payment Date for Interim Dividend:

• If declared, the interim dividend will be paid on and from 6 August 2024, along with the final dividend for the fifteen-month financial year ended 31 March 2024, subject to shareholder approval at the 65th Annual General Meeting scheduled for 8 July 2024.

Un-Audited Financial Results:

• The Board of Directors will consider the un-audited financial results for the first quarter ending 30 June 2024 on 25 July 2024.

Trading Window Closure:

• In compliance with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the trading window for the equity shares of the company will remain closed from 1 July 2024 to 27 July 2024 (both days inclusive).
