Modification of Duty Roster for August 2024 at Dwarka Courts

The Office of the Chief Metropolitan Magistrate (South West District) at Dwarka Courts has announced a modification of the duty roster for the month of August 2024.

In response to requests from the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrates (ACJM) and Judicial Magistrates First Class (JMFC), the duty roster for August 2024 has been revised as follows:

Sh. Azad Sehrawat, Ld. JMFC (MCD), will preside over cases on August 10 and 12, 2024, in Court No. 202. He will be covering the duties originally assigned to Ms. Samiksha Gupta, Ld. ACJM, and Ms. Divya Yadav, Ld. JMFC-03, Mahila Courts.

Ms. Samiksha Gupta, Ld. ACJM, will take over duties on August 15, 2024, in Court No. 210, filling in for Ms. Divya Yadav, Ld. JMFC-03, Mahila Court, Dwarka Courts.

Sh. Saurabh Goyal, Ld. JMFC-01, will oversee cases on August 22, 2024, in Court No. 513, replacing Ms. Aishwarya Sharma, Ld. JMFC, Dwarka Courts.

These changes are implemented to accommodate the specific requests and ensure the smooth operation of court proceedings. The rest of the conditions outlined in the original duty roster will remain unchanged.

The official notice, issued by Chief Judicial Magistrate Rajat Goyal on August 9, 2024, ensures that all concerned parties, including various judicial and law enforcement departments, are informed and prepared for these modifications.
