Missed Your Learner License Test Appointment? Here's What You Need to Do

Missing a scheduled appointment for your learner license test can be frustrating, but there are steps you can take to rectify the situation. In this guide, we'll walk you through the process of rescheduling or canceling your appointment and ensuring that you're prepared for your next visit to the Regional Transport Office (RTO).

Steps to Booking/Rescheduling or Canceling Appointment/Slot:

Visit the Official Website: Start by visiting the official website of Sarathi Parivahan at https://sarathi.parivahan.gov.in/.

Select Your State: Choose your concerned state from the dropdown menu provided on the website.

Navigate to Appointments: Look for the "Appointments" section on the website and click on it.

Select Service: Once you're in the appointments section, select the service for which you want to book, reschedule, or cancel an appointment.

Book or Reschedule Appointment: If you missed your initial appointment, you'll have the option to reschedule it for a later date. Follow the prompts on the website to select a new date and time for your learner license test.

Cancel Appointment: If you're unable to attend the learner license test and don't plan to reschedule, you can choose to cancel your appointment altogether. This will free up the slot for other applicants.

Visit RTO on Scheduled Date: Whether you're attending your original appointment or a rescheduled one, make sure to visit the RTO on the scheduled date with all the necessary original documents. This may include proof of identity, address, and any other required documentation.

Note: Please be aware that this service is available in some states only. Make sure to check if your state offers online appointment booking for learner license tests before proceeding with the above steps.
