To simplify this process, the Municipal Corporation of Delhi (MCD) has introduced the MC Suite App, a user-friendly mobile application that enables property tax payments online. Property Tax Payment Overview
The MC Suite App offers a secure and convenient way to pay your property tax. Available for both Android and iOS devices, the app supports payments for properties under the South Delhi Municipal Corporation (SDMC), North Delhi Municipal Corporation (NDMC), and East Delhi Municipal Corporation (EDMC). Steps for Using the MC Suite App
1. Non-Registered Tax Payer Setup
- Register on MCD Portal: Before using the app, you must register your mobile number on the MCD portal (https://mcdonline.nic.in).
- Provide Property Details: Search and provide your property details to calculate your property tax.
2. Registered Tax Payer Setup
- Download the App: Visit https://mcdonline.nic.in and download the MC Suite App for Android or iOS.
- Install and Open the App: After installation, open the app on your mobile device.
2.1 Login Using Registered Mobile Number
- Select Your Corporation: Choose SDMC, NDMC, or EDMC as per your property’s location (Refer to Fig. 1).
- Enter Registered Mobile Number: Input your registered mobile number and click "Generate OTP."
- Authenticate Login: Enter the OTP received on your mobile to log in (Refer to Fig. 2).
2.2 View Registered Property Details
- Access Property Details: After login, click on the Property Tax icon. Your registered property details will appear (Refer to Fig. 3 and Fig. 4).
2.3 Pay Tax for Registered Property
- Select Financial Year: Choose the financial year for which you want to pay the tax (Refer to Fig. 5).
- Verify Tax Calculation: Review the tax calculation sheet, which includes details like Vacant Land Tax, Covered Area, and total tax amount (Refer to Fig. 6).
- Proceed with Payment: Click "Pay Tax" to move forward (Refer to Fig. 7).
2.4 Bank Gateway & Payment
- Review Details: If any property modifications occurred, cancel and update the information on the portal. Otherwise, proceed to the payment gateway (Refer to Fig. 8).
- Complete Payment: Use available options like Internet Banking, Credit Card, or Debit Card to complete the transaction (Refer to Fig. 9 and Fig. 10).
2.5 Download Receipt
- Download PDF Receipt: Once the payment is successful, download the receipt in PDF format for your records (Refer to Fig. 11).

- Reconcile Payments: Use the Verify Payment option to confirm any previous transactions that may have been aborted or are pending. Once verified, you can download the receipt (Refer to Fig. 12).
4. View Previous Tax Paid Details
- Access Historical Data: View all past transactions for the property tax payments across financial years (Refer to Fig. 13).
5. Download Previous Receipts
- Retrieve Receipts Anytime: Download receipts for past transactions from the Tax Paid Details page at any time.
Troubleshooting Tips
Issue with OTP Reception:
- Double-check your registered mobile number.
- Ensure a stable network connection before requesting OTP.
