Office Assistant/Clerks-cum-Receptionist-cum-Data Entry Operator (Typist)

The DLSA is looking for candidates to fill one position as an Office Assistant, who will be responsible for various clerical and data entry tasks within the legal aid framework.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing clerical tasks such as typing and file maintenance.
  • Assisting in data entry and communication tasks.
  • Handling telecommunication systems including phones and Xerox machines.

Required Qualifications:

  • Education: Graduation in any stream.
  • Skills:
    • Basic word processing and computer operation.
    • Typing speed of at least 40 words per minute.
    • Ability to manage files and documentation.
    • Strong verbal and written communication.
  • Age Limit: 18-40 years as of January 1, 2024, with age relaxation as per government norms.
  • Monthly Honorarium: ₹18,000.

Office Peon (Munshi/Attendant)

In addition to the Office Assistant position, the DLSA is also recruiting for one Peon role, which will involve basic supportive tasks within the office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assisting with daily operations and office management.
  • Supporting office staff as required.

Required Qualifications:

  • Education: Matriculation or equivalent.
  • Age Limit: 18-40 years as of January 1, 2024.
  • Monthly Honorarium: ₹13,750.
