In a recent government order dated 16th August 2024, the Jammu & Kashmir Finance Department announced several significant transfers and additional charge assignments for members of the J&K Accounts Service. These changes aim to streamline administrative functions and improve efficiency across various departments.
Nouheen Mushtaq, previously FA/CAO Srinagar Development Authority, has been appointed as the Senior Instructor at the Accountancy Training Institute, Srinagar. This role comes in place of the reverse post, indicating a strategic move to enhance training standards.
Deepak Gupta, who was serving as the FA/CAO at the District Treasury Office Ramban with an additional charge of CAO District Fund Office Ramban, has been reassigned to the FA/CAO position at the Jammu Development Authority. He will replace Akhtar Hussain in this role, ensuring continuity in financial management at the Authority.
Mohd. Yassain, previously the Treasury Officer at the District Treasury Kishtwar, has been appointed as the CAO at J&K Industries Ltd. He will relieve Mohd Farid Choudhary of the additional charge, taking on a pivotal role in the financial operations of the industry.
Shokat Ali Rather, who held the position of CAO at the District Fund Office Kishtwar and had an additional charge of Chief Pay and AO J&K PDC Kishtwar, will now serve as the Treasury Officer at the District Treasury Kishtwar, succeeding Mohd Yassain.
Akhtar Hussain: Assigned as CAO at the District Treasury Office Ramban, replacing Deepak Gupta. He will also manage the post of CAO, District Fund Office Ramban, until further orders.
Muzaffer Ali: Will continue to serve as the Chief P&AO at JPDCL Kishtwar while also holding the additional charge of Chief Accounts Officer at the District Fund Office Kishtwar and CP&AO PDC Kishtwar.
Arshid Ahmad Lone: Assigned to hold the charge of CAO Srinagar Municipal Corporation with an additional responsibility for the CAO Srinagar Development Authority until further orders.
