J&K BOPEE Releases Provisional Selection List for B.Ed. Course 2024

Srinagar, Jammu and Kashmir, 10 August 2024: The Jammu & Kashmir Board of Professional Entrance Examinations (J&K BOPEE) has announced the provisional selection list of candidates for admission to the B.Ed. Course-2024. The selected candidates will be admitted to various institutions, including the Institute of Advanced Studies in Education (IASE), Srinagar, B.Ed. Special Education at Composite Regional Centre (CRC), Srinagar, and Government College of Education, Jammu, following the first round of physical counseling.

• Counseling Date: 09 August 2024
• Counseling Venues: BOPEE offices in Jammu and Srinagar

Instructions for Selected Candidates

Selected candidates are required to report to the allotted colleges/institutions by 16 August 2024 (up to 03:00 PM) with the following original documents for verification:

1. Qualifying Marks Certificate (10+2+3)
2. Domicile Certificate of UT of J&K/Ladakh
3. Category Certificate (if applicable)
4. Date of Birth Certificate
5. Any other certificate required by the college

The admission process will be completed after verifying these documents by the concerned heads of the institutions.

Important Notes

1. Admission Counters: Institutions are requested to keep their admission counters open on holidays to facilitate the process.
2. Concealment of Information: Any candidate concealing information will face cancellation of their admission, along with a fine.
3. Special Provisions: Institutions must refer candidates with disabilities to the Medical College for assessment by a special Medical Board.
