Kolkata, India (July 16, 2024): Intrasoft Technologies Limited, an e-commerce solutions provider, announced key decisions taken during its board meeting today.
The board approved the appointment of Mr. Aakash Kumar Singh as the new Company Secretary & Compliance Officer, effective July 17, 2024. Mr. Singh is an Associate Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India and brings over nine years of experience in secretarial and corporate law matters.
The board also acknowledged the resignation of the previous Company Secretary & Compliance Officer, Mr. Pranvesh Tripathi, who stepped down to pursue other career opportunities.
