HPPCL Invites Quotations for Supply of Industrial Gas Cylinders

Himachal Pradesh Power Corporation Limited (HPPCL) has officially announced the invitation of sealed quotations for supplying Nitrogen, Oxygen, and Acetylene gas cylinders. The supplies are required for the Sainj Hydro-Electric Project located in Sarabai, District Kullu, Himachal Pradesh.

HPPCL’s Latest Procurement Notice

Himachal Pradesh Power Corporation Limited (HPPCL), a state government undertaking, has issued a notice inviting quotations for the procurement of industrial gas cylinders. The procurement is specifically for the Sainj Hydro-Electric Project, a 100 MW facility situated in Sarabai, Kullu.

Details of Required Supplies

HPPCL is seeking quotations from reputed distributors, suppliers, dealers, firms, and agencies that are either government contractors or registered with recognized state and central government organizations. The required supplies include:

Nitrogen Gas Cylinders:

• Purity: 99.99%
• Pressure: 150-180 bar
• Volume: 7 m³ per cylinder

Oxygen Gas Cylinders:

• Pressure: 125 kg/cm²
• Volume: 7 m³ per cylinder

Acetylene Gas Cylinders:

• Pressure: 10 kg/cm²
• Volume: 6 m³ per cylinder

Terms and Conditions

• Quotation Submission: Sealed quotations must reach the office by August 16, 2024, at 11:00 AM. The quotations will be opened at 11:30 AM on the same day in the presence of suppliers or their authorized representatives.
• Delivery Timeline: The delivery of goods must be completed within 60 days after the issuance of the supply order.
• Evaluation Criteria: Quotations will be evaluated without considering GST, which will be paid as per actual applicability.
• Payment Terms: Full payment will be released upon receipt of the material in good condition and after the submission of all required documents.

How to Submit Your Quotation

Interested suppliers are required to submit their quotations in a sealed cover, clearly mentioning the notice reference number and opening date on the envelope. The envelope should be sent to the Senior Manager (Procurement & Contracts), Sainj Hydro-Electric Project, HPPCL, Sarabai, Bhuntar, District Kullu, Himachal Pradesh.
