How to View A-Register Extract for Land Records in Tamil Nadu

The Government of Tamil Nadu's e-Services portal allows users to view land records, specifically the A-Register Extract, online. Follow these steps to access the land records:

Step 1: Access the e-Services Portal

1. Open your web browser and navigate to the Tamil Nadu e-Services portal.

Step 2: Select District, Taluk, and Village

District:

• Click on the dropdown menu under the 'District' section and select your district from the list.

Taluk:

• Click on the dropdown menu under the 'Taluk' section and select your taluk.

Village:

• Click on the dropdown menu under the 'Village' section and select your village.

Step 3: Enter Survey Details

Survey Number:

• Enter the survey number in the 'Survey Number' field.
• If the survey number is in the format '24/2A', enter '24' in the 'Survey Number' field and '2A' in the 'Sub Division Number' field.
• If the survey number is a single number like '24', enter '24' in the 'Survey Number' field and '-' in the 'Sub Division Number' field.

Sub Division Number:

• Enter the sub-division number as specified or use '-' if there is no sub-division.

Step 4: Complete Authentication

1. Enter Authentication Value:
   • Enter the authentication value shown on the screen. This is usually a CAPTCHA to verify that you are not a robot.

Step 5: Submit the Form

1. Submit:
   • Click the 'Submit' button to view the A-Register Extract.
