How to Use the SEED AND PESTICIDE MONITORING SYSTEM (SPMS)

The SEED AND PESTICIDE MONITORING SYSTEM (SPMS) is designed to facilitate the monitoring and management of seed and pesticide input data. This guide provides step-by-step instructions on how to navigate and utilize the SPMS.

1. Accessing the System

Open the SPMS Page:

• Launch your web browser and navigate to the SPMS login page.

Initial Screen:

• You will see the homepage with a header image and the title "ONLINE INPUT MONITORING SYSTEM."

2. Selecting Login Level

Locate the Dropdown Menu:

• Find the dropdown menu labeled "Login Level" in the middle of the page.

Choose Login Level:

• Click on the dropdown menu and select the appropriate login level from the list. Your options may include various roles such as JDA, ADA, DDO, BLOCK, etc.

3. Navigating the Login Page

Fill Out Login Details:

• Based on your selected login level, you will be required to enter specific details:
  • JDA/ADA/SSAV/BOB/DDR/Block Level:
    • Username (if applicable): Enter your username.
    • Password: Enter your password.
  • BSA:
    • Mandal: Select from the dropdown menu.
    • Unit: Select from the dropdown menu.
    • Password: Enter your password.

Submit Login Details:

• Click on the "Login" button to submit your details.

Access Templates:

• After logging in, the system will retrieve and display the relevant templates based on your login level.

4. Handling Errors and Messages

Error Notifications:

• If there is an error in login details or if the system encounters any issues, a modal popup will appear with a notification. The error message will be displayed in Hindi with options to cancel the notification.

Common Errors:

• Invalid Password: Ensure that your password is correct. If incorrect, a notification will prompt you to recheck your credentials.
• Missing Required Fields: Make sure all required fields are filled out before submitting the form.

Troubleshooting:

• If you encounter issues, verify that you have selected the correct options and that all fields are filled correctly. Re-enter your details if necessary.

5. Logout

Complete Your Session:

• Once you have finished using the SPMS, ensure to log out of the system.
