How to Use the MC Suite Mobile Application for Property Tax and Birth/Death Certificate Services

The Municipal Corporation of Delhi (MCD) has developed the MC Suite Mobile Application to provide citizens with easy access to property tax payment services and the registration of birth and death certificates. This guide will walk you through using the app for these essential services, ensuring that you can manage your responsibilities without needing to visit MCD offices physically.

Introduction to MC Suite Mobile Application

The MC Suite Mobile Application is designed to facilitate citizens of Delhi by offering online services through a mobile platform. Available for both Android and iOS devices, this application provides 24/7 access to MCD services, allowing users to pay property taxes, download receipts, and manage birth and death certificate registrations.

1. Property Tax Services

The Property Tax section of the MC Suite app allows users to pay taxes on registered properties, view previous tax payments, and download receipts.

1.1 Non-Registered Taxpayer

• If you are not yet registered, you must first register your mobile number on the MCD portal (https://mcdonline.nic.in) before using the mobile application.

1.2 Registered Taxpayer

Login Using Registered Mobile Number:

1. After installing the app, open it and select the relevant corporation (e.g., NDMC, SDMC, or EDMC).
2. Enter your registered mobile number, generate an OTP, and log in.

View Registered Property Details:

1. Upon successful login, the app will display your registered property details.
2. Click on the Property Tax icon to view the details of your property.

Pay Tax for Registered Property:

1. Select the property for which you need to pay tax and click on the Pay Tax icon.
2. Review the tax calculation sheet and make any necessary adjustments.
3. Proceed to the payment gateway and complete the transaction using your preferred payment method (credit card, debit card, net banking, etc.).

Download Receipt:

1. After successful payment, you can download the receipt for your records.

Verify Payment and View Previous Tax Details:

1. Use the Verify Payment option to check the status of your transactions.
2. View and download receipts for previous tax payments directly from the app.

2. Registration of Birth and Death

The app also offers services related to the registration of birth and death certificates, which can be crucial for legal documentation.

2.1 Non-Registered User

• To use the app for birth and death registration, users must first register their mobile number on the MCD portal and apply for the certificates.

2.2 Registered User

Login Using Registered Mobile Number:

1. After installing the app, select the relevant corporation.
2. Enter your registered mobile number, generate an OTP, and log in.

View Registered Certificate Details:

1. After logging in, the app will display icons for Birth and Death status.
2. Click on the appropriate icon to view the status of your registered certificates.

Download Birth/Death Certificate:

1. For generated certificates, click the download icon to retrieve the document in PDF format.
2. For non-generated certificates, you can check the application status directly from the app.

3. Logging Out

After completing your tasks, it is recommended to log out of the application to ensure the security of your data. To log out, click on the logout option at the top-right corner of the screen.
