A) Transfer Within the City

If you are transferring your LPG connection within the same city, follow these steps:

Obtain e-Customer Transfer Advise (e-CTA):

  • Visit your existing distributor with your Subscription Voucher (SV).
  • The distributor will issue an e-CTA (Authorization Code), valid for 3 months from the date of issue.

Produce SV and Authorization Code:

  • Present your SV and the Authorization Code to the new distributor.
  • The new distributor will enroll you as a customer and endorse your original SV.

Retain Equipment:

  • You do not need to surrender your equipment (cylinder and regulator). Carry them with you to the new distributor.

B) Transfer Outside the City/State

If you are transferring your LPG connection to a different city or state, follow these steps:

Obtain Termination Voucher (TV):

  • Visit your current distributor to surrender your equipment (cylinder/s and regulator).
  • The distributor will issue a Termination Voucher (TV) and refund the deposit amount mentioned in the SV.
  • The TV is valid for one year from the date of issue.
