How to Track Payment Status on MCA Website

If you've made a payment related to Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA) services and want to track its status, you can do so easily through the MCA website. Follow these simple steps to track your payment status:

Step 1: Visit the MCA Website

Go to the MCA website using the following URL: https://www.mca.gov.in/content/mca/global/en/mca/fee-and-payment-services/track-payment-status.html

Step 2: Navigate to the Payment Status Tracking Page

Once you're on the MCA website, scroll down until you see the "Track Payment Status" section. Alternatively, you can use the search function on the website to quickly locate the payment status tracking page.

Step 3: Enter the SRN (Service Request Number)

In the provided text field, enter the SRN (Service Request Number) associated with your payment. The SRN is a unique identifier assigned to your transaction.

Step 4: Submit and View Payment Status

After entering the SRN, click on the "Submit" button. This will initiate the process of retrieving the payment status associated with the provided SRN.

Step 5: Review Payment Status

Once the system has processed your request, the payment status will be displayed on the screen. The status may indicate whether the payment has been processed successfully, is pending, or has encountered any issues.

Step 6: Clear All Entries (Optional)

If you wish to track another payment or clear the entered SRN, you can click on the "Clear All" button to reset the text field.
